Catholic College Association Elects New Board Members Washington, DC—The Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities (ACCU), at its 2023 Annual Meeting in Washington, DC, elected and approved the following ACCU member presidents to its Board of Directors for a term that is effective immediately and runs through 2025. Rev. James J. Greenfield, OSFS, DeSales University (PA) Laurie Joyner, Saint Xavier University (IL) Anne Prisco, Holy Family University (PA) The 18-member Board guides the work of the Association in serving its member institutions, particularly in responding to emerging member needs and promoting the good work being done at Catholic colleges and universities. The Board also announced the shift to two year terms for the three officers of the board elected in February 2022. Thus, at the close of the 2023 business meeting. Julie Sullivan, University of St. Thomas (MN), will continue to serve as Board chair through February 2023; Mary Finger, Seton Hill University (PA), will continue to serve as vice chair; and Arvid Johnson, University of St. Francis (IL) will continue to serve as the secretary and treasurer. All three have one year left of a two-year term to serve in their current roles. The 18-member Board guides the work of the Association in serving its member institutions, particularly in responding to emerging member needs and promoting the good work being done at Catholic colleges and universities.
